Public art at its best

Mission for my time in Chicago: head to Westchester, IL to buy this sweet piece of art:

04-13-08_spindle.jpg

(Thank you Chicagoist)

The sculpture is by Dustin Shuler and is being auctioned on EBay.  Apparently the site has been sold and the sculpture needs to be removed.  Anyone who wants to contribute to the $50,000 cost of the work is welcome to fling some money my way.
